To create an account on hzy, the following conditions must be met:

• Single account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, address, device, or IP address.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required by hzy. You may need to provide identity documents, particularly when submitting a withdrawal request.

All financial transactions on hzy are handled securely and transparently. Please keep the following rules in mind:

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 100 (one hundred). The maximum limit depends on your account level and payment method.

• Providing a False Identity or Documents
• Managing multiple accounts
• Suspected money laundering or illegal activity

You may request to close your account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.
